Our forest- and pasture-raised pork is produced from pigs raised naturally outdoors, with continuous access to wooded areas and open pasture. Crafted in small batches, our sausages are made from premium cuts of forest- and pasture-raised pork and thoughtfully seasoned to highlight the meat’s natural flavor.
