
Forest/Pasture-Raised Pork
Our pork is raised like old time with access to pasture and forest fields. These pigs enjoy a life of low-stress. They have the opportunity to dig and toil the soil as well as eating roots and small creatures from around the farm. We offer all types of cuts, from "nose to the tail" and a variety of different types of pork sausages. Local customers can also buy half and/or whole pigs (roasters) from us. Please check the Forest/Pasture -Raised Roaster Collection to reserve your whole and/or half BBQ pigs or give us a call at 608-334-6336 to coordinate the reservation, and pick up.
